Job Description
You will be singularly responsible for business partnering on property, overseeing and executing property delivery to plan and benchmark and managing complexity around decision making and prioritization alongside the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their management team across the UK and Europe.
A role less ordinary.
- Liaison with business teams to ensure that property variances are understood and appropriate counter measures put in place to deliver value.
- The Head of Property Finance will create a governance and ways of working that delivers a sustainable cadence and rhythm to performance monitoring and improvement
- Using data first insight to challenge business norms and ways of working, leveraging cross functional knowledge to innovate and challenge the delivery of services and support.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting oversight, aligning to business performance and trading review cycles, ensuring that property operations meet their commitments and targets.
- New market/territory entry assessment and readiness, working closely with in-country responsible accountants and business partner leads (which report to the job holder) to ensure that properties open to plan and balance cost and risk, hitting best in class KPIs and securing long term performance delivery.
