Job Description

• Producing business cases with full financial justification
• Posting Investment Reviews of projects delivered to assess performance against business case and budget
• Undertaking weekly reporting of retail capital investments and hold trading calls with the operations team to understand variances to business case
• Having financial management of capital projects from approval through to implementation
• Improving the internal capital governance framework
• Ensuring project details and forecasts are accurate within Central Finance reporting
• Business partnering with the Property Development Team to provide finance support for projects in delivery or in the pipeline

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Part qualified in a finance related qualification
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, even in situations with short time frames
• Able to build strong working relationships with all team members
• Learns through ‘experience’ and is questionable and inquisitive
• Strong communication skills
