Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for a busy office in the Rubery area.

Duties include:-

  • Dealing with all forms of enquires via telephone and email
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Checking prices
  • Creating quotes
  • Booking deliveries
  • Sending out information to customers
  • General administrative support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent IT skills, includidn Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage 200 Excellent organisational skills Used to working in a busy environment Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
