Job Description
The role will utilize your skills and experience to add support to the company’s operations, procedural, communications and safety practices and also coordinate a team of PA's.
Key Duties Include:
- Ensuring the streamlined day-to-day running of the office and acting as a point of contact for external providers
- Keeping a finger on every button to successfully manage the office’s space
- Organizing events
- Coordination of office layouts
- Coordination of the Team of PA's
- Help with adhoc projects within the business
