Job Description
Our client is a well-known highly reputable local Oxford company who prides themselves on their close knit team and prioritizing their staff's welfare. They are in a stable industry and are looking for someone who can join them for the long term.
The position is stand-alone, hands-on and busy! You will be providing Accounts information, submitting VAT and CIS returns, processing expenses, paying Suppliers and Sub-contractors, collating figures and financial reporting, managing the Payroll function, preparing cash flows, invoicing and chasing elusive payments!
There will be other 'ad-hoc' tasks too, all aligned with keeping a small, long-established Business on track.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Company Accountant will have had a wealth of experience in SME's within accounting positions. The individual must be comfortable being a stand-alone accountant, covering all aspects of the accounts for the company.
The individual must have previous relevant experience, be computer literate, highly organized and a committed team member.
