Job Description

You will set the standard with the rest of the projects team through hard work, determination and enthusiasm for providing the best service possible and taking responsibility for the service that our customers expect.

We are looking for someone with excellent service ethic and who is driven by delivering the very best client experience and wishing to develop their career within the context of managing projects from a financial perspective.

We are on a journey of constant continuous improvement, and we need a detail orientated individual who will identify new processes and champion the implementation of improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The full-time role is to provide a wide range of support and assistance to our customers, installation teams and office staff. Reporting into the Operations Director your key responsibilities will comprise:
 

  • To help develop process procedures and keep up to date
  • Authorization of purchase invoices and supplier payments
  • Co-ordinate Purchase order/invoice queries and charge card/credit card queries
  • Subcontractor Invoices
  • Checking/Approving of Supplier statements
  • Sales invoicing including updating the Invoice
  • Credit Control and cash received reports for projects
  • Producing End of Month reports
  • Keeping Job Costing up to date on the Cash system
  • Support to Job Costing processing (during Project Coordinators absence)
  • Helping subcontractors and employees – providing project management co-ordination
  • Ordering and invoicing of service works
  • Direct debits, checking set up and uploading.
  • Dealing with queries and errors.
  • Willing, within reason, to support others by engaging in activity beyond the role described above.
