Job Description

This is a hands on role where you will take responsibility for the production of the UK management accounts for the business, duties will include;

• Production of the monthly management accounts pack
• Monthly and quarterly reporting
• Variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Profit and Loss
• Working with the CFO and supporting other areas of the business to become the "go to" person for management accounts and queries

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong technical management accounting skills to really take ownership of this area. The business is growing and therefore opportunities to expand your skills in the future will exist. The role is office based between home and office in Henley and has parking available, although is close to the train station should that be more convenient.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally a qualified accountant you will need to demonstrate experience within Management Accounts. You will need to be working or have recently worked in an SME business with high volumes and so have a very good understanding of this type of environment. Diligent, accurate and with good communication skills the role requires someone who is able to think of solutions and be proactive in their approach.
