Job Description
As a Bookkeeper, in charge of running the day-to-day finances of the business. The core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Producing monthly reports for the two entities
- Reconcile financial statements
- Preparing, sending and storing invoices
- Submitting tax forms
- Providing all necessary information and explanations to the auditors for the annual audit
- Ad hoc accounting duties as and when required
- Solid transactional accounting experience
