Job Description
As Sales Executiveyou will have the following job roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and acquire new business (directly on the phone)
- Upsell to existing customers
- Ensure customer queries and enquiries are managed effectively
- Develop a good working knowledge of products
- Generate quotations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be suitable for the Sales Executiveposition, ideally you will have the following:
- Experience of selling directly over the phone
- Background of working to KPIs and SLAs
