Job Description

This role will see you interacting with almost every aspect of the Games as Ticketing plays a pivotal role in both the planning and delivery of the event.

Responsibilities

As part of the planning, you will assist the team in preparing for the launch of ticket sales – an incredibly important moment in any event. This will include learning about our ticket sales strategy, understanding how tickets are priced and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders before getting hands on, processing bookings on the Ticketing system while providing excellent Customer Service to all.

You will also provide support to the Ticketing team on their operational delivery at Games Time, which is incredibly exciting and fast-paced. On top of all this, we will also require you to help with the team’s administration; including diary co-ordination, minute taking and presentation writing, and undertaking key tasks and projects.

Working towards…

  • A ‘C’ Grade in GCSE English Language (5 in New Grade structure)
  • A ‘D’ Grade in GCSE Maths (4 in New Grade structure)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to use initiative to resolve matters within their control, only escalating relevant issues. Sound judgement and ability to make evidence-based recommendations. Ability to adopt a flexible approach, taking on different tasks and adapting to the rapidly changing workload of the OC. Proficient in Microsoft applications
