Job Description
The role is key to ensuring the finance team can deliver accurate and timely group consolidations and cash flow reporting have capacity to absorb future growth plans provide timely and clean annual audit completion and meet all other statutory and tax compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide cover in absence of Group Financial Controller
- Staff management, including 1 -1's, annual reviews & performance plans
- Identify and carry out training of finance team in line with objectives
- Assisting and resolving complex transactional issues
- Review and approve global payrolls
- Monthly BS reviews with accounts team
- Ownership of month end close process
- Review and submission of group consolidation to Group Financial Controller
- Key contact for regional auditors and tax advisors
- Review and approve global payments
- Continuous process and policy improvements
