Job Description
  • Responsibility for the management and efficient operation of the Company`s accounting functions
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Issuing Sales Invoices
  • Inputting Invoices and paying Suppliers
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Reporting
  • Preparing all information for our external accountants for our annual accounts
  • Property portfolio accounts - Excel
  • Reconcile bank statement
  • Ensure personal tax payments are payments are made
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Company Payroll
  • Workplace pension compliance
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained in a legally required manner

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel
  •  Business payroll
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
