Day to day duties of this role are varied and as well as general bookkeeping responsibilities, you could be involved in helping with export/import documents.
On other days, you could be dealing with important contractual documents and overlooking new inventory stock concepts with the senior management team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum having completed your AAT Level 4 / ACCA exams and working towards completing your work experience to become an ACCA professional member.
Confidence in working with a range of cloud accounting software and apps
Experience of using an ERP Stock Inventory Management software, ideally INTACT IQ
Experience working with online platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to liaise confidently with a range of suppliers
IT Literate, experience in using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email, internet and shared drives such as Google docs.
Ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team

It is essential you have the ability to do deep knowlege. This is a key aspect of the job and must not faze the successful applicant.
Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
Reconciling supplier statements, Bank reconciliation
Monitoring Cash flow
Managing employee expense Claims
Overseeing payroll
Handling the accounts payable ledger.
Managing weekly cash flow.
Preparing the books for the accountant
Review financial data and prepare monthly management/flash reports, such as a monthly stock and inventory report .
