Job Description

This role would suit candidates who have a background working within an SME environment covering all aspects of transactional finance (up to trial balance)

  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into Xero
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Credit control - chasing payment, ensuring credit limits are adhered to
  • Completing new supplier forms
  • Processing petty cash reconciliations
  • Processing intercompany transactions and reconciling intercompany accounts
  • Multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Processing employee expense claims

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to multi task and be accurate with good attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Xero
  • AP
  • Payments
  • Petty Cash
  • Reconciling
  • Intercompany Transactions
