Job Description
  • Day to day bookkeeping  and cash flow reporting
  • Weekly banking and payments and multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Sales ledger and purchase ledger administration and manage purchase orders
  • Prepare management accounts as required
  • Stock accounting, accruals, prepayments and inter-company reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly salaries on Sage payroll
  • Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare the year-end audit files
