Reporting to the Finance manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all the transactional finance duties for the business.

Maintaining our computerized financial records, including purchases, sales, employee expenses, credit card and petty cash transactions, bank receipts and payments.
Liaison with suppliers and credit customers.
Production of sales invoices for credit customers and advertising recharges
Credit control.
Monthly reconciliation of bank and other control accounts.
Preparing supplier payments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience and competency in the use of Xero and Excel
Previous bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of payable/receivable accounting principles
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence to use initiative and prioritise tasks whilst also being a strong communicator and team player
Experience with meeting targets and deadlines
Key personal attributes: reliable, responsible, decisive and organised
Commitment and dedication to high standards and accuracy
Ability to liaise, collaborate & communicate with the wider team & business
