Job Description
  • All aspects of Accounts Payable
  • Various types of reconciliations
  • Prepare aged debtor and creditor reports for review by the Finance Director
  • Support the Finance Director with month and year-end processes, like accruals, prepayments, WIP.
  • Effective and regular monitoring of key issues and financial analyzing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum AAT L4
  • Experience in dealing with high volume purchase ledger transaction in various currencies
  • Accruals, Prepayment, WIP, Fixed Assets and Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Organized and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Sage Line 50 and all round IT skills.
  • Reliable team player with strong communication and time management skills.
