Job Description

The Practice Manager takes responsibility for a diverse range of work, including HR, Finance, Compliance/Risk Management, IT and Marketing and you will act as the main point of contact for support, working collaboratively with individuals to ensure processes are streamlined. In addition, training and development and the firm's finances & payroll will also be managed


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is expected that the ideal candidate will come from a Compliance/HR related background and must have experience working within a law firm, as good working knowledge of SRA rules and regulations will be vitally important. First class organisational skills as well the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously will also be required.
