Build your own personal book of clients by engaging and establishing a professional rapport with key decision makers through a mixture of inbound leads, existing members from Johnson Control’s database, as well as being free to research and contact outbound prospects
Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry and territory changes and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
Generate new business opportunities through visiting prospects in your territory
Obtain an in-depth knowledge of Johnson Controls, their products and the markets within which they operate, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Manage contractor accounts and actively sell smaller project opportunities
Collaborate with your Sales manager to drive effective territory management to maximise sales
Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to degree level
Full UK Driving License
Excellent time-management and ability to prioritise tasks
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
