This position is responsible for ensuring efficient business processes to ensure that the patient journey’s through the hospital is efficient and in line with local and national guidelines for private and NHS patients.

It maybe necessary to analyse complex information which may be incomplete to provide a robust picture to the Lead for a specific area.
