Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3-4 years of experience in the UK real estate industry (investment management, investment agency, or investment analysis - buy- and sell side)
Completed real estate or business studies, preferably supplemented by a degree in real estate economics or similar additional qualification.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills such as real estate underwriting and financial modelling (MS Excel)
Resilient network and knowledge of the UK property market (especially London)
