Job Description
- New Categories (NC): Support the development of NGP COS reporting and ensure it is embedded within BAU processes and reporting.
- Productivity Savings: Follow up saving initiatives and participate on the THP/Vapour Variable COGS Group, aligning implementation and accelerating the saving initiatives implementation interacting with Procurement, R&D and NGP Commercial Finance.
- Global Risk Register: Support Senior Ops Finance Manager on the global reporting process for Group Operations risk management (New Categories).
- Product Costing: Interact with a multifunctional group to produce BAU and NPI COGS, Analyze actual cogs and Ensure it is properly maintaining in SAP. Generate COGS Reports to support decision making process.
- Global Ops Finance Reporting: support the reporting and forecasting process for Global cost of sales & other financial dimensions
- Finance Management: manage the forecasting and tracking of the main finance elements which sit with NGP Costs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Professional qualification (CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a global FMCG, Electronic industry or similar dynamic operating environment
- Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation and commercial acumen
- Experience of operations/ supply chain, product costing, commercial finance, transfer pricing, tax, treasury and knowledge of IFRS
- Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, i.e. SAP/BPC
- Strong influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business partnering non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesize, communicate and present complex information
- Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, pro-active, collaborative and consultative.
- Independent, able to take his/her own decisions and take calculated risks.
- Prepared to balance the speed to market challenge and the minimal level of governance needed to ensure decisions are taken on the correct level.
- Keep high performance even under high pressure and intense work hours.
