Job Description

Role Profile:
*To help ensure that business objectives, compliance, and contractual obligations in respect of contractual and project documentation, are met by ensuring compliance with document management standards and best administrative practice.
*To suitably and properly represent the Company both in quality of work and customer service.
*To support the NRTS teams in all manner of administrative duties

Typical Deliverables:
*Provide administrative support to the Office Support Lead & NRTS teams allocated to them.
*Ensure all required documentation received by Office Support is forwarded to Document Control or Design for upload onto the Document Management System as contractually required.
*Ensure stationery control and ordering.
*Ensure meeting room booking, lunch ordering and hotel room reservations as / when required.
*Undertake daily reception duties as required.
*Process and record weekly timesheets.
*Provide cover for other members of the Office Support team when required
*Complete weekly Skyguard Reports.
*Liaise with the Seniors/Line Managers to ensure all training is all up to date and any training courses booked.
*Maintain Sector 8 Portfolios.
*Any other duties deemed reasonable by the Admin Maintenance Manager

Business Operations Skills - Experience:
*Manage and maintain the Admin NRTS incoming and correspondence via the team admin outlook inbox.
*Maintain an accurate internal electronic filing system to ensure all documents can be accessed easily using agreed naming protocol
*Act as contact point for the field engineers in relation to vehicles, tools, equipment, ICT and accommodation
*Ensure all documentation and correspondence in relation to the contract Document Management System uploads is accurately recorded, in a timely manner and retained for internal referencing and reporting purposes.
*Process all ESI requests in an accurate and timely manner. Updating the internal register and ensuring all contractual deadlines are met through communications with Operations
*Undertake any other admin duties as requested the management team
*Comply with all QHSE Regulations and procedures for this role.

Behavioural Requirements:
*Previous administrative experience
*Ability to work to deadlines.
*Good communicator.
*Able to prioritise.
