Contributing to the planning and production of the annual report and accounts
Proactively reviewing and improving accounting systems and ensuring strong internal controls
Working collaboratively with the wider finance team ensuring knowledge and good practices are shared
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be suitable for the role you need to be fully qualified with strong technical skills and the ability to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders
Experience of supporting the closure of accounts and group reporting within a government setting are highly desirable
