Job Description

You will provide direct support to the Global Head of Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) & play a key role as part of the office to the NFRM Global Head, along with the NFRM Chief Operating Office (COO) and NFRM Head of Strategy, engaging in the following activities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Head of NFRM in the performance their day-to-day activities, ensuring key deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Provide key analytics support to develop, propose, and facilitate strategic decision-making within the department
  • Develop strategic presentations and proposals, along with speaker notes, for relevant meetings including, but not limited to, senior committee meetings
  • Coordinate the Global Head of NFRMs participation in Supervisory and Management board meetings as required, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Provide ad hoc support on strategy topics and special projects as required by the NFRM Head of Strategy and NFRM
  • Action incoming correspondence to support executive priorities, liaising with the leadership team where applicable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and share and receive information, knowledge, and expertise within the team environment
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks, showing excellent organizational skills and the ability to priorities workflow
  • Able to drive assignments autonomously and interact self-confidently with management, showing persistence
  • Experience or a comparable track record in project management or process management or assistance to senior management
  • An aspiration to take on broader management roles in due course
