Job Description
- You will manage the monthly 4 quarter rolling plan and quarterly multi-year view for the SaaS business through close collaboration with business cost owners and in line with timelines
- You will work with and challenge the regional financial controllers to ensure that the SaaS revenues are accurate and in line with sales forecasts and delivery
- You will provide insight of financial performance versus budget, prior forecast and prior year to give clear insight to management and finance stakeholders
- You will have regular engagement with SaaS cost owners to drive spend in line with approved budgets
- You will be supporting strategic initiatives with complex financial modelling to drive informed management decision making. This can include client and business scenarios
- You will evolve the SaaS control matrix and ensure continuous adherence by the regions
- You will work closely with the team to optimize public cloud spend
- You will establish close engagement with the systems team to ensure SaaS accounting and reporting is appropriately supported
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You should have minimum 6+ year’s post-practice experience in Finance/Control/Accounting in industry
- You should have previous Financial Controller role experience with SaaS background considered favorably
- You should be commercially minded with genuine interest to work in a high growth business with various opportunities to be involved in a wide range of activities
- You should have capacity to work independently on their own initiative and take ownership of issues and deliverables, with a desire to develop themselves and others
- You should have strong team spirit, good at building relationships across the business
- You should have in depth understanding of Finance and Business Control requirements in an IT/Software Business Environment is desirable
- You should have experience in implementing and improving financial systems and processes in-house
- You should be a qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA or international equivalent
- You should have good communication skills, analytical and critical thinking
