Control the entire Salesforce platform across the Sales and Finance team
Gather requirements at board level from stakeholders to convert to a technical roadmap for the platform
Work closely with the experienced sales team in order to build a strong understanding of where improvements need to be made in order to gain approval to make updates to the system
You will be in charge of the end-to-end configuration and change management of the system when improvements are implemented
Run workshops with our users to teach them how to use the system most effectively

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technically you need to have had experience as an administrator on the Salesforce platformas a sole administrator or as part of a larger team Configuration skills including creating workflows and using process builder User support experience Gathering requirements from stakeholders Experience on financial systems would be beneficial Ideally Salesforce certified with ADM201, although not a necessity
