Job Description

Our client is ideally looking to employ an analytical and ambitious individual who is a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA), has solid Excel skills, and possesses previous experience of working within property finance.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the drafting of quarterly/month end management accounts on a timely basis.
• Producing financial statements for a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
• Producing analytical reviews of suppliers to control costs.
• Managing and tracking capital projects.
• Managing the Accounts Assistant.
• Reviewing and submitting all VAT Returns.
• Managing the month end and mid-month payment run.
• Overseeing the bank reconciliations.
• Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

What you will need:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA).
• Previous experience of management accounting.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Solid computer and Excel skills.
• Experience/knowledge of Power BI (ideal).
• Previous property experience (ideal).
