Job Description
As Management Accountant you will take full responsibility for the production of the management accounts and report these into Head Office/Group.
The role will include:
* Supervise and take full responsibility of the internal and/or external auditors
* Management of Sage line 50 software and activity
* Management of finance & operations staff (currently 3)
* Budgeting and providing business managers with monthly reports
* Maintenance of cash flow & forecasting
* Cash management & bank reconciliation
* Vat returns & submission
* Corporation, PAYE & VAT Tax payment control with HMRC
* Intrastat & other government submission
* Company IT management & implementation
* Payroll management & supervision
* Quarterly review and presentations meetings
* Driving and manage business growth
* Implement, suggest & Improve procedures in all areas of responsibilities
* Understand the need to be a team player in a small but growing business environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You should already have significant experience in a Management Accounting role and be looking to move into a Finance Manager role. This role offers plenty of opportunity to work closely with the General Manager on the commercial and business decision making process and strategy.
You could be a qualified accountant or an ambitious part qualified looking to complete your studies.
