Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to lead analysis, insight, review, and report production which aids strategic decision making. You will drive reviews and report results of the company performance to senior leaders. You will have a positive attitude and an adaptable approach suitable to operating at pace and switching between priorities. You will be confident to deal with stakeholders at all levels across the business and to challenge decisions in a constructive way, offering solutions to any problems, always ensuring the best outcome is achieved. You will drive management performance reviews, flash data, create and design reports as well as update existing ones.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitoring performance, highlighting trends and providing recommendations for decision making purposes
• Responsible for production of financial reporting packs such as monthly KPI's and business insight reports
• Supporting development of new reports and performance measures
• Liaising with all senior members of the team as well as external suppliers such as developers
• Supporting in preparation of forecast and budgeting as well as modelling

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified or part qualified accountant - ACCA / CIMA / ACA
• High attention to details.
• Strong logical, technical and analytical skills, together with solid accounting background.
• Highly professional and confident using Microsoft Office tools. Advance excel is essential.
• At least 2 year’s experience in a similar role (UK based)
• Be a team player with good presentation and communication skills (both verbal & written)
