Promotional Analysis - Effectiveness / Uplifts / Base Line Sales etc.
Utilisation of IRI data and overlay of external commercial data with internal information.
Marketing Analysis - ROI
Competitor Analysis
Active participation in the planning cycle, from a commercial perspective
Business support partnering - Working with sales and marketing teams to provide financial / commercial insight.
Regular and Ad-Hoc reporting, using both MS Excel JD Edwards (ERP) and Cognos reporting tool.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This role is for an experienced and keen part qualified / qualified accountant, with a business partnering / commercial accounting background. (CIMA / ACCA)
Be proactive with the ability to consider the big picture.
The person should have a minimum of five years' experience in this type of role / Ideally with a FMCG background. The applicant must have the ability to demonstrate extensive experience in financial analysis.
The successful candidate should be a team player, with a can do attitude.
Have exceptional relationship building skills
