Job Description

What you will do:

• Full responsibility for the management accounts.
• Preparing monthly accounts and reporting to Head Office within group procedures.
• Supervise and take full responsibility of the internal and/or external auditors.
• Management of finance & operations staff (currently 3).
• Budgeting and providing business managers with monthly reports.
• Maintenance of cash flow & forecasting.
• Cash management & bank reconciliation.
• Corporation, PAYE & VAT Tax payment control with HMRC.
• Payroll management & supervision.
• Outsourced Logistics management.
• Import entry & product costing.
• Stock control supervision and capital employed management.
• Driving and manage business growth.
• Implement, suggest & improve procedures in all areas of responsibilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• At least 6 years of experience working in finance.
• Solid experience in management accounting and financial management.
• Experience within an international environment (preferred) - will be liaising with Head Office in Barcelona frequently.
