Job Description
  • Acting as a key member of the Portfolio Management team with a focus on strategic partnerships with a range of international clients
  • Establishing a good working relationship with existing and new clients to develop both single asset and multi-asset investment programmes/funds/SMAs
  • Analyzing investment opportunities through market research, in depth financial analysis, and complex financial modelling
  • Liaising with transaction teams to create investment pipelines and supporting investment underwriting, due diligence processes, structuring, financing, and closing
  • Contributing at investment committee meetings as well as board meetings of the investment vehicles
  • Overseeing junior colleagues in creating and managing fund models to forecast performance and in particular estimate any performance fee / promote payments
  • Managing the selection and appointment of external fund valuers and other third-party services required in the portfolio management of assets and investment programmes
  • Working with the broader portfolio management team in holding oversight of regulatory requirements and investor reporting
  • Managing and coordinating clients’ audits involving relevant internal teams as required e.g. governance, compliance and asset management
  • Supporting and promoting the real estate business’ Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) objectives in particular the preparation of annual fund sustainability plans

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of building and maintaining relationships with international clients from across the region is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of accounting and experience in financial analysis and modelling with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work in teams, under pressure, within tight deadlines, and with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective in managing multi-disciplinary external teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to priorities competing demands
  • Educated to degree level within a related financial subject or with relevant professional experience
