Job Description
- The role reports into the Accounting Manager and has responsibility for focusing on group accounting and statutory reporting
- Delivery of the monthly close process
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations monthly including fixes assets, VAT and payroll accounts
- Analyzing transactions and preparing required journals
- Assisting with the external audit
- Assisting with cash flow management
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Supporting the preparation of tax reports and calculations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- This role would suit someone looking to move out of practice into industry or may have strong financial accounting in industry looking for a new opportunity
- The role requires a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
