Financial Accountant

Job Description
- Preparation of month end journals, management accounts, monthly balance sheet and cash flow;
- Ensuring financial statements are prepared in line with accounting standards & group reporting timeframes
- Supporting the year end audit, working with external auditors
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
- Development of internal accounting processes
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience as a Financial Accountant or looking to make a first time move into industry
- Process driven with the ability to strengthen internal controls
- Working knowledge of accounting standards
- Cooperative/collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Advanced IT skills including accounting systems and Excel
