Job Description

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Producing and managing balance sheets and balance sheet reconciliations
• Calculating and posting accruals and prepayments
• Accounting for fixed assets, including depreciation
• Completing intercompany reconciliations and discussing 
• Preparing reports for Financial Controller and senior management
• Completing bank reconciliations and managing day to day cashflow
• Controlling inventory valuations and providing reconciliations monthly
• Coordinating with finance team  
• Working with the wider business team to monitor and control inventory balances
• Supporting manufacturing team in costing of products
• Calculation of overhead and labor recovery rates
• Completion of monthly sales reporting
• Providing regular analysis of movement in gross profit across customer and product line
• Working on profit and margin improvement plans with the wider business
• Supporting  annual budgeting process
• Coordinating with auditors to allow completion of their work
