Job Description
  • Sales Ledger
  • Paying suppliers
  • Paying subcontractors
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Management Accounts
  • Preparing data for payroll monthly
  • CIS returns
  • VAT returns
  • Cash-book
  • Completing journals and general admin
  • Producing weekly debtor reports and chasing with the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Be AAT qualified (min levels 1 and 2) with basic bookkeeping experience
  • Have experience of running management accounts to trial balance
  • Experience of running VAT
  • Good Excel skills and exp
  • Ideally have knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Have a good sense of humor and not be easily offended
  • Be deadline driven
