Job Description
You will embed robust financial controls and provide oversight to strategic and operational investment as well as defining the Finance role and team roles and responsibilities in a new part of the organization.
What you will be doing?
- Support our Marketing, Digital and Information Systems teams in delivery of their strategic and operational priorities
- Leverage insights and data to drive actions in the marketplace.
- Step-change company analytical processes and capabilities to build integrated view of customer performance.
- Work closely with Company Reporting & Information team.
- Define Customer growth roadmap and annual plan, defining all levers and actions to deliver growth and ensuring linkage to Commercial and Trade plans.
- Scope and analyze marketing and digital campaigns and support our digital department in market reviews and shaping future growth.
- Utilize multiple data sources (market intelligence, online trends, Google Analytics data etc) to pull together a holistic view and model out scenarios.
- Create a plan to pull together digital analysis that demonstrates ways in which value is being added in an omni-channel environment.
- Manage Marketing, Digital and Information Systems in-year budgets.
- Define risks and opportunities to Marketing, Digital and Information Systems financial deliverables.
- Support managing third party suppliers and agencies who support the business.
- Develop financial skills and literacy of Marketing, Digital and Information Systems teams.
- Define optimal Finance team structure and roles and responsibilities, and then deliver it.
- Build strong working relationships across the Finance function (Group, Commercial, Trade)
- Active role in driving company Finance agenda (business performance, transformation, talent development)
