Job Description

Main duties as an Accounts Administrator :

  • Monitor and action the back order report
  • Processing customer orders and enquiries efficiently
  • Communicate on out of stock lines and if possible offer alternatives
  • Logging important information on the company CRM
  • Obtain costs and quoting for “specials” in an agreed manor with the external account manager
  • Maintain customer base price lists
  • Ensure customer web pages are up to date including price checks, all pictures and descriptions
  • Maximise the company profit opportunities
  • Dealing with fax, postal and electronic mail orders.
  • General Administration duties, post, filing, sending out invoices and any additional requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*Excellent organisation qualities and with the ability to make decisions *Excellent customer service, communication skills and telephone manner *Ability to multitask *Excellent attention to detail. *A good level of English both spoken and written *A good level of Maths
