Processing customer orders and enquiries efficiently
Communicate on out of stock lines and if possible offer alternatives
Logging important information on the company CRM
Obtain costs and quoting for “specials” in an agreed manor with the external account manager
Maintain customer base price lists
Ensure customer web pages are up to date including price checks, all pictures and descriptions
Maximise the company profit opportunities
Dealing with fax, postal and electronic mail orders.
General Administration duties, post, filing, sending out invoices and any additional requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
