Job Description

Your focus will be on delivering technology-enabled solutions. Operating in a product-centric, agile way responsibilities will include a mixture of project management and scrum mastering. You will be heavily involved in the implementation of new products, enhancing features to existing products and the continuous improvement and maintenance of all supported applications and processes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the successful delivery of change within the Group Finance Domain
• Partner strongly with the product team, business and various tech groups
• Create, maintain and manage project plans including resource requirements, dependencies and risks
• Manage project finances to ensure efficient delivery
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
• Effectively engage and manage vendors and third parties
• Run and manage scrums / Kanban flow work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrate 5 year’s experience in technical delivery teams and running projects
• Hold subject matter experience in technologies to finance functions and technologies for automation and data management
• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in successful delivery programmes
• Experience of technology project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum Mastering and Waterfall
• Have first class stakeholder management skills at all levels and excellent negotiating skills
• Proficient in risk, resource and cost management.
• Effective vendor management skills, combined with commercial acumen
• Experience delivering in and leveraging agile methodologies
