Your contribution will help to expedite our growth as you will be responsible for overseeing, supervising, and certifying all the operations of the Finance, Accounting and Tax functions of the business, always with a compliance and commercial view.
You will lead a team of 5, ensuring we use capital and resources effectively; you will maintain our company’s financial health and increase long term profitability.
This is a unique opportunity to review and build best practices within the function. With a focus on process improvement, you will remove obstacles and implement systems and ways of working for the efficient running of the finance department and the business.

Your role in detail:
- Accountable for the sound application of accounting and tax principles across all business activities.
- Developing all necessary Global policies and procedures to ensure the robust financial management and control of the company’s business.
- Oversees delivery of on-time and 100% accurate Statutory Reports.
- Produces Management Accounts and other routine reports for shareholders, sharing relevant and useful information for decision making.
- Ensures that all information produced by the team is at the highest level, to be used to extract critical, detailed, timely and accurate data for reporting purposes.
- Actively seeks system improvements or modernization to achieve efficiencies and decrease risk exposure, managing change effectively to ensure smooth transition.
- Establishes and maintains strong relations with our financial auditors and consultants.
- Creates and leads an engaged and high-performing team of finance professionals, actively focusing on high-order delivery as well as development.
- Plays a vital role in building excellent working relationships with non-finance colleagues across all departments, thus enabling strong collaboration with them at all times.
