Job Description

• You will lead a team that provides insightful analysis to make critical business decisions.
• Build out the processes and controls that ultimately lead to greater efficiency and smoother operations.
• Partner with colleagues within Finance and other departments to accurately report business performance and provide recommendations.
• Oversee statutory and tax compliance matters, such as the annual audit.
• Support stakeholders with various ad-hoc reports and analysis.
• Actively manage and develop an international and remote team.
• Work hand in hand with the Head of Finance to continually improve the outputs of the Finance Team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A University background with a preference for a numeric background.
• 10+ years of working experience, ideally with Big 4 and industry experience. Experience in tech/startups/VC backed companies is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Google Sheets and Slides is a huge plus.
• Passion to be a part of company's growth journey and willingness to change the norm in a high energy environment.
• A curious and persistent personality with a "can-do" attitude and "hands-on" mentality.
