We are seeking an extraordinary candidate to work with the Hertfordshire Music Service (HMS) Executive team and Hertfordshire County Council Business Partners to ensure exemplary strategic operational delivery and practice, alongside financial planning and analysis that underpins a commercially sustainable operating model for the organization.

You will demonstrate an ability to and experience in leading and transforming a customer focused operation, influencing senior leaders and management teams, managing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a range of issues and an ability to translate strategic business objectives into focused projects and deliverables
