Job Description
- Raising sales invoices
- Posting purchase invoices
- Dealing with customer / supplier / broker queries
- Setting up payments in the bank
- Posting payments / receipts in accounting software
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing and other administrative tasks
- Ad hoc database cleaning and projects if required
- possibly assisting with month end reporting and other reports if required
