Job Description
  • To work with the Head of Apprenticeships Compliance Manager, Operations and Delivery manager and tutors/assessors to implement, maintain quality and data processes,escalating any concerns to the Compliance Manager
  • Produce weekly / monthly progress reports e.g., success rates as required by the MIS and Compliance Manager to support the Head of Apprenticeships in effective governance.
  • To maintain procedures and processes, ensuring that key paperwork is collected and stored in accordance with Data Protection,  and regulatory body regulations.
  • To upload Apprenticeship Standards and Qualifications to the Learner Management System and  online platforms.
  • To be responsible for the accurate collection, upload and analysis of accurate learner, employer, and provider data to meet specific deadlines that includes E portfolio and Department Data Management Tool
  • To work collaboratively with the wider Apprenticeship Team and Finance team to ensure correct and relevant data and documents are collected in line with business processes and promoting effective working relationships.
  • To identify and verify prior learning and exemptions at entry point and adjust funding allowances accordingly.
  • To support the development of staff across the business in the utilisation and upload of information to the Learner Management System  
  • To resolve data issues raised, providing feedback on lessons learnt and improvements required
  • To accurately and timely register all learners on the appropriate qualifications and standards
  • To accurately follow certification and claims procedures 
  • To administer, monitor, maintain and comply with awarding body examination requirements in a secure and timely manner
  • To build / monitor E-portfolio platforms and ensure information is compliant with the Standard or awarding body qualification

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship 
  • Proven experience to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally influencing key business stakeholders to gain results.
  • Proven administration and IT skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as a team member.
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge on requirements of current audit.
  • Understanding data systems
  • Experience of current  outcomes and performance
