Job Description

You will work closely with the Team Lead FP&A, and the rest of our Finance Team, on providing valuable insights and clear recommendations to our top-level management and support their decision making with your targeted analyses.

What you can expect:

• Preparation of management accounts and monthly financial reporting to the Management, Investors and the Board of Directors
• Support with regular budgeting and forecasting of the business
• Performance analysis of Budgeted vs. Actual performance and ad-hoc analyses to aid management decision making
• Collaborating with finance team in establishing more effective processes and controls to ensure best practices are followed
• Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
• Support with implementation of key processes across our organization to ensure an effective and scalable set-up

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• At least three years’ experience in an FP&A / Controlling / Financial Advisory environment
• Great analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from your analysis of financial data
• Experience in Financial Modeling and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel)
• Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles to understand the impact of decision making on our financial metrics
• You are a reliable and hands-on team player who likes to challenge himself to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment
• Full business proficiency in written and spoken English
• Any other language skills (e.g. German, French)
• Knowledge of MS PowerBi or other BI tools
