Job Description
- Reporting, budgeting and maintenan
- Intercompany transaction monitoring and reportin
- Fixed Assets
- Monthly Overhead reporting and analysis
- Preparation of monthly, half and full year reporting packs with and for business units
- Assisting in the annual preparation of tax packs businesses and working with the Group Tax function to resolve any queries.
- Assist with both internal and external audits.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders and delivering
- Actively engaging in continuous improvement activities to drive process/controls improvement and efficiency's
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required including providing back-up for team members
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA, alternatively Part Qualified and good experience Essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)- Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in an Accounting Practice prior to working in industry- Desirable
- Ability to plan and manage workload to meet tight deadlines- Essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills- Essential
- Able to work independently and as part of a diverse and dispersed team- Essential
- Customer service orientation- Essential
- Attention to detail- Essential
- Able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty- Important
