This role includes the following duties:
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
- Improving the financial awareness across the target teams.
- Understand the manufacturing process, explain the consequences to key stakeholders of their processes, and improve financial
- accuracy
- Assist in the production of month-end management and year-end statutory accounts
- Work with the financial accounting function in order to improve processes to prepare operations for further growth into large scale production
- Support the approval of inventory movement journals
- Reconcile inventory, explain, and recode variances.
- Proactively work with the supply chain team, to report variances and improve processes.
- Work with operations on improving regular stock takes and standard cost reviews to improve inventory accuracy
