- Financial Reporting experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills; able to explain accounting concepts and complex matters in layman's terms to stakeholders
- Analytical and inquisitive and demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset
- Attention to detail accurate deliverables without loss of clarity, timeliness or sight of the bigger picture
- Ability to manage a varied workload - to tight timelines
- Team player collaborative and collegiate
- Self-starter / proactive
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in providing financial information - to business/senior management
- Experience of automation of processes - and driving process efficiencies
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) or newly qualified
- Technical grounding in financial accounting
- Knowledge of Global Markets, Investment Banking or similar business
