Job Description

We are looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in with all financial aspects of the role and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The role is working 5 days per week in the office with possible flexibility once you are settled in. Key responsibilities: (but not limited to)

• Managing business cash flow and forecasting
• Managing payroll and on boarding of new starters
• Reconciliation and book keeping
• Work with senior management to identify better processes
• Manage payments for global music events, including artist advances and venue deposits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Previous experience working as part of a finance team including experience with budgeting, forecasting and day to day finance duties
• A background in the Creative industry is highly desirable (Music/Entertainment/Media)
• A hands on character, happy to get stuck in with all financial aspects of the business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast paced environment
• Studying towards/or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA
